To start service at a residence that already has electrical infrastructure installed, call customer service at 509-766-2505 or stop by one of our local offices
You'll need:
- Name on account
- Service address
- Main telephone number
- Alternate telephone number
- Name of spouse or roommate
- Mailing address (if different from service address)
- Effective date (date service should begin)
Fees and Deposits
- A $15 start-up fee will be added to your first bill.
- A deposit may be required, depending on your credit history.
- Residential service deposits are typically $200.
- Your service will be connected within two business days of your request.

Transfer Service

To transfer service from your current address to a new location, call customer service at 509-766-2505 or stop by one of our local offices.
From your current account:
- Account number
- Service address
- Effective date (date service should be turned off)
- Address to send final bill
- Name and phone number of current landlord
For your new account:
- Name to have on the account
- Service address

- Alternate telephone number
- Name of spouse or roommate
- Mailing address (if different from service address)
- Effective date (date service should begin)
Dismantle/Remove Services

A Dismantle Form must be filled out if you need to remove any existing electrical equipment.
You'll need:
- Name on account
- Service address
- Main telephone number
- Mailing address (if different from service address)
- Grant PUD account number
- Parcel number
- Identifying numbers of equipment that you are requesting to be removed
Fees
- There may be costs associated with the dismantle of service. An Engineer will review your application and notify you of the charges within 2 weeks of the submittal date
