Access to virtual health care just got better!
Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for virtual care through Teladoc has increased significantly, causing prolonged wait times. To give you and your family access to care when you need it, we are providing you with two additional virtual care options:
Starting on Monday, March 30, 2020, you may receive care through 98point6 (text based virtual care) and Doctor on Demand (video communications). These additional telehealth options will be available until June 30, 2020. Care received through 98point6 and Doctor on Demand are FREE to you and your covered family members.

Cost shares for Teladoc general health visits are waived
Now through June 30, 2020, the $10 copay is waived when you receive general health care through Teladoc. Dermatology visits and behavioral health care continue to be subject to a $10 copay, regardless which medical plan you are enrolled in. Take a look at the complete list of telehealth options available to you and your covered family members. Many of the telehealth options are available to you at no cost!
We hope that you and your family are doing well and that by making these telehealth options available to you at no or low cost, some of the financial burden that you may be experiencing, is eased a bit.
