Grant PUD announces access changes at its recreation sites

EPHRATA –Select amenities at Grant PUD's recreation areas are restricted from public use until further notice. This includes the closure of all restroom facilities, picnic shelters, playground equipment and the golf course at Crescent Bar. Boat launches, trails and day-use areas, including parking, will remain accessible to the public.

The closures follow Gov. Jay Inslee's stay-at-home order to slow the spread of coronavirus COVID-19.

Special events scheduled at the PUD's managed recreations areas are also canceled through April 27. No new requests for special events will be processed until further notice. Additional cancelations for future special events may also be necessary.

Last week Grant PUD announced the closure of its campgrounds until further notice. Read more about the campsite closures here.

Grant PUD remains committed to generating and delivering power operating its fiber-optic network, and providing customer account service. At this time, the Wanapum Heritage Center and Grant PUD's Visitor Center, along with all other facilities will remain closed to the public for the safety of customers and employees.
