Kevin Nordt, General Manager, joined Grant PUD in 2004. He was appointed to the position of General Manager in June 2016. Kevin began his career at Grant PUD as the Mid-Columbia Coordinator. In December 2006, Kevin became the Director of Power Management with nearly 20 years of experience in the Northwest energy market. He began serving as CFO in 2011. While serving as CFO, Kevin oversaw the power management, finance and reliability and compliance divisions. He has spent his career working in the Northwest in a variety of engineering, marketing, trading and operations positions. Past regional employment includes positions with Portland General Electric and Energy Northwest. Kevin is a native of New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematical physics from St. John's University, a master’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Wisconsin and additional graduate work in computational finance at Oregon Graduate Institute.
Kevin Marshall, Chief Operations Officer, has been with the Grant PUD since 2007 and was appointed to Chief Operations Officer in July 2016. Previously Kevin was the Hydro Engineering Manager for 7 years and director of Hydro. He has 30 years of experience in the utility industry having worked for a private utility for 22 years prior to joining Grant PUD. Kevin holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering and is a licensed civil and structural engineer.
John Janney, Chief Financial Officer, joined Grant PUD in March 2016 as the Chief Financial Officer. Janney brings over 25 years of experience in the banking, energy and utility industries. In his role as CFO, Mr. Janney manages the support services, power management and finance divisions. John received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Montana, a master's degree in Finance from Boston College and holds the financial risk manager (FRM) designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
Mitch Delabarre, General Counsel, joined Grant PUD in 2009. He has more than 26 years of legal experience, including 20 years working with municipal organizations in Grant County. He holds a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and obtained his law degree from Willamette University College of Law.
